The best facial yoga exercises
1) Cheeks: Place your hands (excluding the thumb) on your cheeks, specifically where the muscles meet each jaw. You must contract your jaw by putting pressure on this area.

3) Vertical wrinkles: Put your middle, little and ring fingers of both hands on the top of your forehead, just at the line where hair starts to grow.

4) Chin: This exercise is very good to avoid the appearance of a double chin, you only have to place your hands crossed over your chest, and then move your chin up, generating as much tension as possible.
After you are in that position, turn your head to both sides keeping the tension. Do 10 repetitions of this exercise.
5) Eyebrows and eyelids: You have to breathe in keeping your eyes wide open and your head straight. Then, as you exhale, raise your eyebrows as much as possible. When you have no air in your lungs, hold this position for 5 seconds. Repeat these steps 10 times.
